Upon our arrival—delayed due to a late ferry—I was delighted to experience the warm welcome from the owner, who patiently awaited our arrival, illustrating the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The culinary experience here stands out brilliantly; we indulged in four exquisite courses highlighting local ingredients that reflect the region's rich gastronomic heritage. The cozy dining area and attentive service enhanced our meals, making each bite memorable. After a day of trail running in the stunning, unspoiled surroundings, we savored the tranquility of our spacious room with a balcony overlooking breathtaking mountain views—perfect for unwinding with a glass of Valle d'Aosta wine. To its exceptional dining and stunning vistas, the hotel's indoor wellness center featuring a sauna provides a perfect refuge to recharge after a day outdoors. The Paramont Hotel truly captures the essence of a relaxing alpine escape, making it a haven for those who appreciate both nature's beauty and Italy's exquisite culinary traditions.
